Brightstar provided exceptional care for my sister in January and February 2023. From the first contact, they were professional and efficient, sending out someone to the hospital to do the assessment immediately. They found a caregiver to start the very day after my sister was discharged from the hospital into hospice. Our caregiver, Daniela, was always on time and happy to help with any and all support tasks. My sister was bedbound and Daniela helped with all the activities needed to make someone in the last stages of life comfortable. She made great suggestions based on her caregiving experience to make the care provided more effective. She not only provided medical support but was also a compassionate presence for both me and my sister through the last weeks of her life.

It was an uneasy feeling leaving my mom in the care of folks we didn’t know and she didn’t know but the caregivers have been so helpful, patient and willing to work around the clock to be sure mom wasn’t navigating recovery and confusion alone. I’ve been so relieved knowing Bright Star was there! When your jobs dictate rigorous timeframes and full time care is unexpectedly needed, Bright Star goes to work and eases the anxiousness with gentle professionalism and prompt response. What a great company and staff to work with!

Bright star is very convenient. If you need an at home IV or medication treatment and want to stay at home. Bright star is the way to go. They trained my Nurse, her name is Heather, specifically to do my medication since it was a newer medication on the market. The people in the office are also great! Very helpful Everyone is great!
