Nurse Involvement with Every Client – Our experienced nurses create an individualized plan of care and provide care oversight to ensure the safety and comfort of your loved one.

Specially Trained Staff – Our caregivers have a minimum of one year of experience and are certified in the BrightStar Senior Living dementia approach.

Communication – Our team collaborates closely with residents, family and other healthcare providers. With 24/7/30 touchpoints and quarterly Care Connections meetings, our communication with families exceeds most state requirements because we believe it is so important to ensure everyone is continually informed and involved.

Education and Support for Care Partners – Our family education material features resources from the Alzheimer’s Association and includes an overview of what to expect as a family caregiver, a guide to health and wellness for loved ones with dementia, and more. Our Person-Centered assessment ensures our caregivers provide tailored activities that encourage meaningful interactions.

Simon enjoys the daily personalized care he receives. He’s a regular with the afternoon cards crew, playing gin rummy and enjoying a coffee in the BrightStar Bistro. Come summer, he lends a green thumb to the herbs in the vegetable garden.
